Recipe by LP
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons almond powder
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 175C
- Mash Bananas
- mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Place in a loaf tin ( tin should be lined with grease proof paper)
- Bake for approx 1 hour
- Check to see if cooked with a knife.
