Green juice recipe to stop sugar cravings

The below green juice recipe combines the lowest sugar content of all apples with a blend of natural feel good vitamins.  We have used Amla infused ice cubes, moringa, spirulina, baobab and flaxseed to create mother nature’s own multivitamin tonic.  Amla is an ancient Indian super-fruit and is super rich in vitamin c. Get ready to feel smart, alert and in control of those food cravings everyday.


What you will need:

  • 1 green apple (Granny Smith Apple)
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 teaspoon of baobab
  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon Moringa powder
  • Fresh ginger (to taste)
  • Romaine lettuce (any lettuce will do)
  • Amla infused iced cubes (optional – Have to boil water with Amla fruit, cool and freeze)
  • 3/4 cup water (adjust to preference)
  • Add fresh mint, lemon grass, tulsi leaves (optional)
  • Nutri-bullet or blender !
